This one was very challenging but we did it! After showing over 40 homes virtually and probably writing close to 25 offers my clients were finally able to get under contract. Was able to negotiate 15k in closing cost🤩 which allowed her to buy down her rate.

It’s always appreciated when you receive a referral from a past client☺️ I was referred this couple from his brother that I worked with all the way from from Germany.
My clients are from out of state (NY) looking to buy in the Atlanta area. They are not familiar at all. They needed to be close enough to walk to stores. This townhome popped up in the best location. I’m always nervous to go under contract without people physically seeing the home. I was able to video and give my opinion but you never know.

They flew in this morning and are in love with home🤗. I took them on a tour of the area, which they are minutes away from Marietta Square and they can’t wait to move They are so excited 😆 and I’m so happy for them. 😊.

It has been such a pleasure working and getting to know this sweet couple🤗 We met about three years ago when they were interested in buying their first home. It was definitely worth the wait for them because they found the perfect house just minutes from downtown Woodstock.

For the last business day of 2022, I was busy🤪 I closed on this beautiful home. I’m excited for these first time buyers!

Stopped by a townhouse to check the progress on new construction for my client.

Next I went to an inspection for a home that just went under contract

Then I had a Buyer Consultation (referral from past client) for a family wanting to move here from Hawaii!

Then a Zoom Meeting to finalize a contract for New Construction!
