Due to sandbagging operations in Smithland, a detour has been established and traffic is not flowing by the office. However, the office will be OPEN. The office may be accessed by entering the Livingston County Justice Center on Wilson Avenue and driving through the Justice Center parking lot to highway 60. Next, turn right onto highway 60 and access our parking. Thank you.

I have received several calls regarding Kentucky's new custody and visitation statute. Equal parenting time is now presumed in all cases. This change applies to any motion to modify a previous order.
