WOW!🐣 what an egg hunt! Thank you to all who came out and participated, especially all the new businesses that have joined on Carey St. We put out 400 eggs and they were gone in the blink of an eye!! We even had our COC (Chief Operator of Cuteness) handing out eggs to the kids who came a little late. We take care of our own. we are so proud to call Olde Towne our home 🩵

Businesses listed will have eggs “hidden” in front of their locations, so get ready for some fun throughout Olde Towne!

We have been busy getting ready, and we can’t wait to see you on Saturday for some good old fashioned outdoor fun!

Big weekend coming up with lots to do here in Olde Towne!

Get ready, Slidell! We have a BIG weekend ahead with the Olde Towne Street Fair and the Olde Towne Crawfish Music Festival. To keep everyone safe, there will be several road closures in effect this Saturday and Sunday, March 28–29.

🚧 Road Closure Details
Starting Saturday at 8 a.m. through Sunday at 5 p.m., the following streets will be closed:
• Sections of First St., Second St., Erlanger Ave., and Bouscaren St. (Street Fair)
• Sections of Carey St. and Cousin St. (Crawfish Festival)

Please plan your routes ahead of time and exercise caution. Parking is available throughout the Olde Towne area.

Join the Slidell Antique Association for one of Slidell’s biggest events under Antique Umbrella Alley!

The Olde Towne Merchants Association is kicking up the heat with:
• Live Music: Geno Delafose & French Rockin' Boogie, Paper Chase, Sead, and Bag of Donuts!
• Food & Fun: Hot boiled crawfish, eating contests, and crawfish races.
• Special Guest: The St. Tammany Parish Fire District #1 Autism Awareness vehicle.

Literally about 10 steps from our front door. Movie Magic in Olde Towne…it’s Christmas in St. Opal! Look for “A Christmas Kind of Love” coming this Christmas season on Netflix, and see what familiar places you can identify. We ♥️ our town.

We will be putting out lots of eggs and a few special finds for the kiddos! Come see us on Carey Street (across from Crave and next door to Golden Goat)!! 🤗

It’s back for our 6th year and we’re ready for the kiddos! 🐣

Before we get started, just a quick note to help make this fun for everyone:

Please be respectful of all the children participating. We promise—there will be plenty of eggs for everyone, so there’s no need to start early or grab more than your fair share.

Each year, we see a few kids leave upset because others took too many eggs—and we want to make sure every child leaves smiling.

This is a completely FREE event, put on by the amazing businesses of Olde Towne who invest their time and money to create a special Easter experience for your families.

Let’s work together to keep it fun, fair, and full of smiles. 💛

(The hunt will be in Olde Towne, we will announce the locations once it gets closer. We are allowing businesses to choose to participate before we finalize the locations. This is an event put on by local businesses, not the City.)
