Injustice doesn’t go away if you stay quiet. This is our country, our democracy — and that means using your voice when something isn’t right. ✊⚖️

That’s what drives me in the courtroom. My job is to speak up for people who feel shut out, overlooked, or overpowered by a system that isn’t always fair. Whether it’s criminal defense, immigration, personal injury, or traffic law, I make sure my clients are heard.

Because silence doesn’t protect your rights. Speaking up does.

📲 Call me when you’re ready to be heard.

💪🏼Saying I have a strong work ethic isn’t something I say to sound good. Its label I’ve proudly earned, raising a family, running a business, and closing real estate deals all while chasing down a career in law taught me how to juggle pressure without dropping the ball.

That’s the same discipline and focus I bring into every case. Whether it’s criminal defense, immigration, personal injury, or traffic law, I know how to keep my cool under pressure and when life gets overwhelming.😎

Being bilingual means I hear everything my clients tell me. Nothing gets missed.

I pay attention so you get straight answers, clear guidance, and someone who gets where you’re coming from.

📲 Call when you’re ready. I’ll carry the weight with you.

🚨 Louisiana Cracks Down on Immigrant Communities

Two new laws just dropped:

🔹 Act 419: Schools, prisons, and public colleges now have to track immigration status and report the “costs” of undocumented people.

🔹 Act 351: If you’re denied SNAP or Medicaid, your personal info gets sent straight to ICE.

⚠️ Advocates say this will scare families off from seeking help even when their U.S. born kids have every right to it.

This isn’t just policy, it’s part of a bigger push to watch, control, and pressure immigrant communities.

What do you think of these new laws?

🔪Walter White thought killing nine people was a better solution than calling a lawyer.

That move didn’t just cross the line, it sealed his downfall.

In Louisiana, trying to handle things with violence or silence instead of legal strategy will lead to your decline too.

The right move isn’t covering it up. It’s calling someone who knows how to protect you in court.

👉 Lesson here: when it feels like the walls are closing in, don’t dig the hole deeper. Get a lawyer before it blows up. Call me!

🚨New law! fentanyl knockoff drugs are officially Schedule I now, and carrying 100 grams or more means at least 10 years behind bars.

For families in Louisiana grieving or trying to move forward after overdose losses, this law brings a sense of accountability.

If this matters to you or someone you know, i can help you understand how these changes affect your criminal case and what your options are.

Last May a 14-year-old student in St. Tammany Parish was arrested for terrorizing after spreading false rumors about weapons at school. No weapons were found, but the law in Louisiana takes this type of threat very seriously.

Here’s what you need to know:
🔹 Terrorizing = Intentionally making others believe a violent crime is happening or about to happen, or creating a dangerous situation for human life.
🔹 Punishable by up to 15 years in prison, with or without hard labor, and/or a fine up to $15,000.
🔹 Different from menacing, which has lighter penalties. Sometimes they go easy on minors, sometimes they don’t.

Even if no one gets hurt and nothing “actually” happens, these charges can change a life forever.

If you or your child is facing this kind of charge, you need legal guidance before you talk to anyone.

💪 Arnold Schwarzenegger – Violated his visa by taking construction jobs.

Let’s clear this up.

🤜🏼 A misdemeanor is a lower-level offense. Stuff like shoplifting, simple fights, first-time DUI. You’re usually looking at fines, probation, maybe some county jail time (nothing over a year).

🤜🏼 A felony is the heavier stuff like serious violence, big drug cases, major theft. We’re talking over a year, often in state prison.

The difference matters.

One can follow you around like a bad tattoo. Bad but manageable.

The other can flip your whole life upside down.

If you’re dealing with either, don’t wait around guessing. Get someone who knows how to handle the heat.
