☑️ Coordinated carpet replacement, painting, mowing, power washing, floor repairs, staging, handyman work, organizing, estate sales, furniture pickup & more
☑️ Cleaned the house the day of closing
☑️ Hugged a crying seller ❤️
☑️ Fired a seller (yes, that happens too)
☑️ Opened the door for someone else’s client
☑️ Shifted the plan quickly when life changed

☑️ Negotiated. And negotiated. And negotiated some more. 🤝
Why?
Because when someone trusts me with something this important, I take that responsibility seriously.
I work with proactive clients who appreciate my service, experience and willingness to roll up my sleeves—and as a sign of respect for that trust, I’m willing to do what it takes.
Why am I sharing this?
Honestly… I’m not sure. 🤔
Maybe I’m just thinking out loud.
But if you’re looking for someone who will partner with you, solve problems, pivot when life changes, and do what it takes to get the job done…
📱 Give me a call.
I might show up with a market analysis.
Or a paintbrush.
Or a w**d puller.
Or a hug….
