A year ago this was just a dream on a floorplan. Today Dom and Jake have the keys to a home built just for their family.

Dom and Jake aren't just clients, they're good friends of mine. When they came to me ready to build their perfect home, I knew this project would mean something different.

We spent over a year on this. We walked through floorplans together and sat through builder interviews. We went back and forth on finishes and design choices more times than I can count. Every decision mattered because we wanted this home to truly feel like theirs, and we did it all while keeping their budget front and center.

Every home has a story. This one has several, all under one family's name.

This client has trusted our team through multiple home sales over the years, but this one was different. When her father passed a few years ago, his estate came into the family's hands, built from a lifetime of hard work as a contractor. Over the decades he'd bought properties, renovated them, lived in a few, and held onto others as rentals. Each one carried a piece of his story.

Her family faced a hard decision: keep the properties or let them go. Together, we walked through what that meant for each one. Some were renovated and sold to first time homebuyers starting their own chapter. Others went to investors ready to pour new life into homes that had already seen so much.

It's hard not to think about what comes next for each of these places, new families, new memories, a second life built on the foundation of someone who worked incredibly hard to build what he had.

We are so grateful for her trust in guiding her family through this process. This marks one of the last homes we'll help with from her father's estate, but she's long been part of the Julie Roth Real Estate family, and that doesn't change.
