For sellers: You're still in a strong position. Buyers are active and prices are climbing. Pricing it right from day one is everything right now.
For buyers: There's more to choose from than there was a few months ago. But 88 homes are already under contract, so if you find something you like, don't sit on it.
The $801K to $1.2M range is the sweet spot. Half of all sales last month landed there. Four-bedroom homes were the most popular, with 38 sold at an average price of $1,044,492.
