This is an interesting twist on cases like I have posted on before. Instead of wanting an extra year of college eligibility for monetary reasons (NIL, draft rank, etc), his claim is that "the NCAA is effectively truncating the professional development of a future military officer." The hearing is today, so we will see how the Court rules.
