Due to building renovations, Daphne court dockets will be held at the Civic Center effective Tuesday, June 3, 2025 until further notice. The Daphne Civic Center is located at 2603 US Hwy 98.

The Daphne Municipal Court Magistrate’s office will remain open at the Daphne Justice Center but will close at 12:30 PM on Tuesdays to prepare for court.

We are pleased to announce that Warren Harbison has been selected as the new Municipal Court Judge for the City of Daphne. Judge Harbison will take over in January when Judge Hoyt takes office as Baldwin County District Court Judge, Place 3.
