Did you buy a new home and waive your inspection?

Did you know most builders offer a 1st year builders warranty?

You would be surprised at what can fail, and go un-noticed! Everything plumbing leaks, settling cracks in Sheetrock, roof tiles loose or missing, even outlets that have lost a ground or neutral connection.

We are running a special on 1st year inspections:

Book with Tony
Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Save $100.00!!!

Offer is good until April 30th.

Water in crawl spaces doesn’t always come from the exterior, for instance, this drain has been disconnected so long there is soap scum covering almost half of the v***r barrier!!!

Elevated moisture levels in crawl spaces have potential to do serious damage and can even lead to a presence of wood destroying organisms!

When’s the last time you were in your crawlspace? If it’s been 5 years, it’s time, if you don’t like small dark spaces with spiders… call us.

Although generally considered an attractive plant Ivy (and other plants like it) are EXTREMELY harmful to homes.

Ivy (and similar crawling plants) is in the same league of bamboo, and blackberry bushes when it comes to the about of damage they can do to a home!

These plants will grow under siding and cause physical damage, into crawl spaces, into attics, damage roof systems! DO NOT let these plants grown on your house, or any other building for that matter.

While there were other concerns in this crawlspace, the foundation repair company did a great job leveling this 100 year old home!
