**We're Hiring: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English & Spanish)**

The **Law Office of Edward W. Neufville, III, LLC** is expanding our team and is seeking a **full-time Bilingual Administrative Assistant** to join our office in **Silver Spring, Maryland**.

As we celebrate **22 years of serving individuals, families, businesses, and organizations in immigration and nationality law**, we continue our commitment to providing exceptional legal representation and outstanding client service. We are looking for someone who shares that commitment.

This is a **fully onsite position**—there is **no remote or hybrid option**.

We're looking for a professional who is:
✔ Fluent in **English and Spanish**
✔ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
✔ Passionate about providing excellent client service
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment
✔ Experienced in administrative support, scheduling, and client communications

**What you'll do:**
• Welcome and assist clients in person and by phone
• Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars
• Support English- and Spanish-speaking clients with administrative matters
• Coordinate client intake and maintain organized case files
• Prepare correspondence and manage office communications
• Assist our attorneys and paralegals with a variety of administrative responsibilities while helping ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment

**Qualifications include:**
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Two or more years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Legal or immigration law experience is a plus but not required

**Compensation & Benefits**
• **$46,000–$56,000 annually**, based on experience
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
