As the various Cities and Counties rotate and back-pedal trying to keep up with the technological changes in growing, curing, baking, making concentrates and pharmacological testing, patients and patients’ rights are literally being trampled.
Although I’ve sat before many City Councils and most have been surprisingly very receptive to creating new ordinances, unfortunately, there are still many hold-outs that are awaiting federal reclassification, and are therefore currently in violation of California State Law.
A sad but true fact of life...people fear change and that fear usually causes the most negative results/feelings/opinions of all because preconceived notions.
The hardest part, I’ve found, is breaking down those barriers and getting people to see the world through the eyes of so many others.
