Gembala, McLaughlin & Pecora Co., LPA is pleased to announce that Scott J. Orille, Director and Partner, will assume leadership of the Firm’s Estate Planning and Estate Administration Practice Group.

In this role, Scott will oversee the Firm’s long-standing estate planning and administration practice and continue its commitment to providing clients and their families with thoughtful, practical, and comprehensive counsel. The Practice Group assists clients with a broad range of matters, including wills and trusts, sophisticated estate and business succession planning, asset protection and wealth preservation strategies, real estate transactions and structuring, business transactions, powers of attorney and advance directives, probate and trust administration, and related matters.

Estate planning is ultimately about helping clients protect what they have built and providing clarity and security for their families and businesses. Zack joins GMP with nearly 30 years of experience in municipal and private practice, where he has represented individuals in probate litigation and real estate transactions across Lorain County. Zack is the Vice President of the Lorain County Bar Association.

As a veteran of the Army National Guard, Zack serves as President of the Lorain Veterans Council for Civic Improvement and is a participating attorney under the Lorain County Veterans Service Commission Legal Services Plan.
