When asked how she’s been able to consistently produce for Lewith & Freeman Real Estate Inc. – bringing in almost $18 million in sales in 2021– Tracy counts on a part of her personality that could never be taught.
“My best attribute as a Realtor is being a great negotiator. I try to get each side of the story and see the other points of view. I seek to create co-operation, not conflict: this gets things accomplished.”

In addition to an impressive natural ability, Tracy is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE); this designation is one of the most sought after in all of real estate – emphasizing the psychology of the buying process, Tracy uses an amalgamation of instinct and research-proven methods to consistently make strides for Lewith & Freeman. The psychological effects of the process, she asserts, takes some getting used to:

Viewing Tracy Zarola’s track record, it is difficult to imagine that she has 30 years work experience in another field. However that field (i.e. customer service) is one that inevitably has contributed to her consistent production ever since becoming a Realtor. Having been a Top Performing Agent for 14 years for Lewith & Freeman, Tracy counts on her readiness to “go out of her way to acquaint herself with new people and to make them feel comfortable”. As a native of the NEPA area currently residing in Shavertown, Tracy represents buyers and sellers of homes for sale in Dallas, Shavertown, Forty Fort, Kingston, Clarks Summit and everywhere in between.
