Meet Angie Kaltz. Cotton Land Title’s Licensed Title Agent. I joined CLT in May of 2018. I came into the title world with little knowledge of what I was getting myself into. Little did I know, lol. Luckily I was able to learn the trade from one of the industry’s core agents, Joan Jones. Joan’s knowledge for title was truly profound and was her passion. Thanks to her, I learned every stepping stone from the ground up. In January 2021, I stepped into the manager position and began running CLT. This week marks 8 years of doing something that I love. It’s not work if you enjoy doing it. At CLT, we do things the right way. We give 110% to every file, to every closing. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first transaction or your 10th, it’s a big deal for you which means it’s a big deal for us. I consider us to be a boutique title firm. All title companies provide the same service, but how you provide it makes a huge difference. We try to cater to our clients needs as much as we can. We go to you, we stay late or come in early, I will meet you on a weekend. We try to make our transactions as easy as possible. We believe in communication. We hold our agents and lenders to a standard that you deserve. In this industry, we work for you, not the other way around. We handle residential, commercial, and MH closings, title insurance, and escrow. If you are looking for a special place to handle your transaction, give us a try.

Closings like this are the BEST kind. 🤍

A seamless transaction made possible by an 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 (Nikki Segraves Wood), a 𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 (Paula Patching Real Estate - Emerald Coast), and 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 (Justin Robbins with Robbins Builders, Inc.). Teamwork matters — and this team delivered.

Using 𝗩𝗔 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀, our Veteran buyer was able to secure an absolutely incredible home with terms that worked beautifully for them.

This is what happens when expertise, communication, and trust come together. 🇺🇸💙🏡

CASINO NIGHT: Opportunity Place will host “The Harlem Nights | A Casino Night Affair 2025” on Nov. 8 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Fort Walton Beach.

The event will raise funds to help homeless families forge their way home while celebrating the ways hope prevailed and compassion changed lives at Opportunity Place. The organization has provided shelter to women, children and families in Okaloosa and Walton Counties for 17 years.

The event will support the mission of ending homelessness in the community while offering attendees a night of gaming, music, dancing and food and cocktails. Guests can experience casino games including blackjack, roulette and craps.

Whether attendees are seasoned card players or looking for a fun night out, the casino games will keep them entertained all night long, according to organizers. Those not interested in gaming can place bids on live and silent auction items.

Attendees are encouraged to wear their best outfit, most comfortable outfit, or throwback style with a 1920s theme. Event organizers describe the fundraiser as an exclusive event and a night to remember.

Tickets for the event cost $108.55 and are available through Eventbrite. All proceeds from tickets are used to support the organization.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals wanting to support the event, with levels ranging from $500 to $10,000. The deadline for sponsorships is Oct. 8.
