The incredible part? It sold within just 48 hours of being listed! ⏰✨ Plus, I put a lockbox on mom's door with the key, and FOR YEARS , my combo has always been the year my mom was born. πŸŽ‚

An older couple is buying Mom's home, and the husband told the agent that the reason he’s purchasing it is that the lockbox code is the year he was born! Can you believe that? 🀯 Not only were my mom and the buyer born in the same year, but he recognized the lockbox code and said, "This must be my house!"
