How to Keep Property with a Lien on it in Bankruptcy. In order to keep your property you simply have to negotiate an agreement with the lender to "reaffirm" your obligation to pay the debt. Keep making your payments. BUT you must file the Reaffirmation Agreement within the proper time. I shot this video to give you more info and a caution.

The next great wave is bitcoin! There, I've done it, finally posted something about bitcoin in my timeline. I've arrived!!

All kidding aside, crypto currencies is just more evidence of the transformation to "everything digital." Three years ago, you might ask someone "Do you do email?" Not any more. Now the question is likely "Do you do Insta?"

There's a pretty interesting article on Forbes.com today about creating an environment for the "digital transformation" of your enterprise (or your company). Here's the thing: digital is here, yes, here already. The only real question is how are you adapting.

Near the end of the article, you'll see this: :. . . simply sticking to the way things have been done for years won’t work in the long term. In the end, companies that embrace a culture of digital transformation and innovation will thrive and those that don’t will become extinct."

President Trump, exercising his prerogative as the President of the United States has made additions to what he considers to be his "list" of potential US Supreme Court Justices. It's not surprising that they have conservative leanings for the most part look to the US Constitution as written when interpreting laws. Check out a pretty good run down from Reuters.

In a move certain to please conservatives, President Donald Trump on Friday added five names to his list of candidates for a prospective U.S. Supreme Court vacancy as he presses ahead with a campaign to move the federal judiciary to the right.
