We had a GREAT Leadership Power Hour today - talking about "Crucial Conversations in Real Estate"

Evaluating how we naturally want to respond when tensions are high, but also the importance of recognizing the tone of the conversation, the motive and emotions on the other side, taking a moment, and responding professionally and in a way that is positive and keeps things calm and moving forward.

Is that always easy? Absolutely not!

But leadership isn't easy. Real estate isn't easy. Tough conversations aren't easy. But evaluating yourself, recognizing how others are communicating and choosing to respond as a professional is what sets YOU apart!

Everyone, meet BROOKE PACE! 🙌✨ Brooke is NEW to Women’s Council, and when the opportunity to step into leadership came up, she was a little hesitant to raise her hand. And you know what? SHE DID IT ANYWAY! 💪💜

Brooke is taking the plunge and running for 2027 EVENTS DIRECTOR because she knows something we want EVERY new member and future leader to know:
