The people closest to the consumer are the agents in the field every single day. They understand the conversations, the challenges, the objections, the technology gaps, and what buyers and sellers actually need.
It’s time we stop speaking through boardrooms, headlines, and corporate agendas and start listening to the professionals doing the work. The future of this industry will belong to the companies and leaders who empower agents, invest in their education, simplify their tools, and build alongside them instead of above them.
