🌿⚖️ We’re honored to be named Best Cannabis Attorney (and Practice) in the 2026 Best of the North Bay awards.

The award comes from the North Bay Bohemian, and we are especially proud that our firm has been recognized with an award every year since 2014.

At the Law Offices of Omar Figueroa, we focus on helping cannabis businesses navigate California’s complex regulatory landscape, including:

• Cannabis licensing
• Regulatory compliance
• Business structuring
• Transactional work including contracts
• Land use and local permits
• State licensing before the California Department of Cannabis Control
• Enforcement defense and administrative hearings before the Office of Administrative Hearings
• Intellectual property protection including trademark and copyrightregistration

For more than a decade we’ve worked with cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and investors across California to help build a responsible and compliant cannabis industry.

Thank you to our clients, colleagues, and community for the trust you place in us.

Question for the cannabis community:
What do you think is the biggest legal or regulatory challenge facing cannabis businesses today?
