Since it’s National Dance Day, I had to take a moment to acknowledge my first love in life. 💃🏼✨

Dance has brought me joy for as long as I can remember. It has taught me confidence, patience, discipline and resilience. It has challenged me, humbled me, empowered me and given me a creative outlet through every season of life.

It has been my therapy, my escape, my community and one of the places I feel most like myself.

So grateful for dance and everything it continues to give me. 🤍

Happy National Dance Day ✨

Behind every real estate transaction are real people with real life situations, emotions, stress, and major financial decisions. That’s something I never lose sight of.

I’ve had a few interactions recently that have reminded me just how important professionalism, emotional intelligence, and respectful communication are in this business. When an agent lets ego, poor communication, or unnecessary hostility get in the way, it creates added stress and an unpleasant experience for the clients we are serving.

No matter the market, the pressure, or what’s happening personally behind the scenes, I remain professional under pressure, focused on relationships, collaboration, integrity, and representing my clients at the highest level possible.

The agent representing you matters more than many people realize.

Join me Friday, June 5th for A Night Out with WestSide Baby as we celebrate 25 years of supporting local children and families. ✨

This incredible annual fundraising event helps provide essentials like diapers, clothing, and car seats to families in need throughout our community.

I’m proud to be a sponsor of this year’s event, and I would love to see you there for a fun and meaningful evening supporting an amazing cause. 🥂

If you can’t attend but would still like to support the mission through a donation or volunteer opportunities, feel free to reach out.

This is an organization I feel deeply connected to and am incredibly proud of the impact it continues to make throughout our communities. 💚

Give women the tools and watch what happens. ✨💃🏼🪚🏠

Spent today volunteering for Women Build Day with Habitat for Humanity of Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties. There is something incredibly empowering about seeing women show up, throw on the tool belts, and help build homes that will completely change the trajectory of someone’s life.

This was my second Women Build and my fourth time volunteering on this particular development site. Earlier phases included cottage homes, many of which have already sold to local families, and now Habitat is moving into the next phase with townhomes.

As someone who works in real estate and development, I feel deeply aligned with this organization. Affordable housing is one of the biggest challenges facing our region, and Habitat is creating real pathways to homeownership for families who otherwise may never have the opportunity.

Grateful that Habitat for Humanity hosts Women Build Day, which creates space to empower women in construction, development, housing, and community building. Women are one of the fastest growing groups of homeowners in the country, with single women owning significantly more homes than single men in the U.S., and I love seeing organizations actively encouraging women to step into every side of the housing industry, from homeownership to leadership to the trades themselves.

We need more women building. More women leading. More women creating opportunities and shaping communities.

Today was a powerful reminder that we absolutely belong in these spaces. ❤️

Some people in this business just do it differently. And if you know Ken Arkills, you know exactly what I mean.

Ken is a true industry legend. A new construction expert who has spent decades building relationships, navigating complex deals, and doing this business at the highest level. The kind of agent who is steady, respected, and always shows up with professionalism and integrity.

I met Ken over 12 years ago at my previous brokerage, and I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside him ever since. Together we’ve sold hundreds of homes, collaborated on countless projects, and built a partnership I genuinely value.

When I made the move to The Agency, I was stepping into a new chapter of my business, and I was so grateful that Ken made the move with me. As he’s been easing into his next chapter after many years of hard work, I’ve had the honor of taking care of his clients and continuing to support the relationships he’s built over the years. Very well deserved after decades of showing up and doing it right.

In a business like real estate where things are constantly changing and evolving, it can be stressful at times. You have to surround yourself with people who make you laugh, and Ken and I are always joking around… including today at my open house where we decided he is now my “assistant.” He was kind enough to even dust off my open house sign 😂 25+ years in the business and still not afraid to roll up his sleeves.

Still the same Ken. Still showing up. Still supporting. Still one of the best to ever do it.

This business is about people and relationships. And Ken is one of the good ones.

So lucky to know him. Even luckier to call him a friend.

And the funniest part… he’ll never see this because he’s not on social media 😂

Elevated, private, and surrounded by nature. This is Pacific Northwest living at its best. ✨

From the moment you walk in, the scale and light make an impression. Soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and a layout that just flows. Everything about this home feels intentional and easy to live in. The kitchen anchors the space with an oversized island made for gathering, opening seamlessly to the great room for both everyday living and entertaining.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a quiet retreat with custom closet upgrades and a spa-inspired bath. Additional bedrooms are spacious, and the flexible bonus space gives you options for a media room, workout area, or play space.

Step outside and it only gets better. A fully customized backyard designed for real living, with a covered pergola, built-in outdoor kitchen, fire feature, and lush landscaping, all set against a peaceful greenbelt that creates a sense of privacy and calm.

It feels tucked away, yet you’re just minutes to everything you need.

The Florida Keys had me at hello 🌴

I had an unforgettable visit with Lisa Swanson and Tim Swanson of The Agency Florida Keys. True powerhouses, but even more than that, the kind of people you want in your corner. What they’re building here is elevated, intentional, and already making an impact.

This is what makes The Agency so powerful. A global network built on excellence, trust, and collaboration at the highest level.

I’ll be sharing more about this incredible place and opportunities soon. Stay tuned ☀️

When life puts you in a season you didn’t choose… you get to decide who you become in it. ✨

Had the best time sitting down with Jen Cameron for her podcast, Homegirl Knows Best 🥂

We talked business, but also got very real about life, what’s shaped me, what led me into real estate, and I opened up about divorce, personal trauma, and what it looks like navigating life as a single mom in business.

So grateful to Jen for giving me the space to share my story. It’s both exciting and a little scary showing up with this level of vulnerability, but it feels important. I truly hope sharing it can help other women who may be navigating something similar.

Jen is a mentor, a friend, and someone I’m constantly learning from. If you haven’t already, go follow her podcast, you’ll be so glad you did.

This episode is all about reclaiming your power and rewriting your story. Episode drops in a few weeks… stay tuned! 🤍
