The Washington State Patrol was fined $750,000 for failing to disclose information about why they dismissed a citation related to a crash that killed a couple's son.

A judge found the State Patrol improperly failed to locate or turn over nearly 650 documents surrounding an investigation into the death of 23-year-old Isaac Adler.
