🏡✨ Sold!!! Now ! ✨🏡

My buyers were relocating to Washington and needed help finding a home quickly. Over just 3 days, we toured nearly 30 homes across Stanwood, Arlington, and Marysville to make sure they found the one.

I’m the type of broker who believes it’s not about finding just any house — it’s about finding the home that truly fits your family, your lifestyle, and your future. Even in fast-moving situations, I hustle hard for my clients and make them a priority every step of the way. ❤️

One of the things my clients absolutely fell in love with was the sense of community in this neighborhood. Their kids had recently left basketball behind during the move, and seeing the HOA community basketball court with basketballs simply left out for neighborhood kids to use really stood out to them. 🏀 That level of trust, safety, and community feeling is rare and special.

The neighborhood also offers lake access with a dock and park where families can swim and enjoy the outdoors all summer long ☀️🌊 — plus horses right down the road, giving their family opportunities to connect with neighbors and build new friendships in their new community. 🐴

✨ 3 Bedrooms | 2.5 Baths✨ Bright vaulted ceilings✨ Open-concept kitchen with oversized island✨ Luxurious 5-piece primary suite✨ Dedicated den/office✨ Fully fenced backyard with gazebo✨ Lake access, dock & park✨ Brand NEW roof

This home isn’t just beautiful — it’s the kind of place where memories are made and community feels like home. So excited for my buyers and this next chapter for their family! 🥂🏡

🏡✨ Can’t see the potential in a home? That’s where I come in.

As a real estate broker with a background in design, I help buyers visualize what a property could become — not just what it looks like today. Whether it needs paint, flooring, kitchen updates, staging ideas, or a full transformation, I can create design concepts to help bring your vision to life.

I also work closely with trusted contractors, flooring installers, painters, and remodeling professionals so we can estimate realistic upgrade costs before you buy. In many cases, we can strategically negotiate the purchase price to help offset renovation expenses — turning a “maybe” house into your dream home. 🛠️✨

✔️ Design vision + remodel guidance
✔️ Trusted contractor connections
✔️ Flooring, paint & update estimates
✔️ Strategic negotiation skills
✔️ Helping buyers see hidden potential
✔️ Serving Snohomish County & surrounding areas

And here’s the BIG win 💰👇
I was able to negotiate strong incentives with the builder—something that doesn’t always happen with new construction.

👉 Thinking about buying new construction?
DO NOT walk into a model home without your agent. You have to register on your first visit, and if you don’t bring your broker—you may lose your right to representation. The builder’s agent represents the builder… you want someone representing YOU and negotiating on your behalf.

👉 Want to know how I negotiate deals like this?
Send me a DM. I’ve got you.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, leveling up, or looking for the right multi-gen setup—there are smart opportunities out there right now.

UNDER CONTRACT 🙌🏡

My new buyers scored a great deal on this one! The best part? I’ve got trusted contractors who can come in and out with cosmetic updates in 1–2 days—at a fraction of “turnkey” pricing—so it’ll feel fresh, clean, and move-in ready without overpaying 💰✨

I don’t just help you buy a home—I help you see the vision. With my interior design background + 11+ years in real estate, I guide my clients on how to add value, save money, and truly make a house their own.

👉 My advice: Don’t wait.
When interest rates drop, more buyers jump in, inventory tightens, and competition heats up—especially here in Washington. Historically, even a ~1% rate drop can push home prices up 6–10% within 6–12 months 📈

👉 Get your feet wet.
Buy a home that fits your needs now. It may not be perfect, but with time, smart updates, and a little sweat equity—you can turn it into something pretty close to perfect 💡🏡

I go the distance for my buyers—before, during, and after the deal.

The new house painting project is going smoothly. It previously featured a harsh yellow hue!
