Condominium Law Group is thrilled to congratulate partner Valerie Farris Oman, who was formally inducted into the Community Associations Institute’s College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) today. Valerie is one of only five CCAL attorneys in Washington State, and is the first WA woman to earn this designation. She hopes that many more Washington women lawyers will join her in the future!

Our annual firm holiday party was Friday, complete with costume contest, door decorations, a cookie swap, lunch, and our white elephant gift exchange! Three guesses who won the costume contest!!

Condominium Law Group is proud to announce that partner Valerie Farris Oman has been granted fellowship in the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL). More than 4,000 lawyers practice community association law in the United States, yet fewer than 175 attorneys are CCAL fellows. Founding Partner Ken Harer has been a CCAL fellow since 2010. Valerie joins Ken as one of five attorneys in Washington State with this distinction.
