There’s a giant pumpkin in the Maple Leaf neighborhood! 🎃

Meet Sally, weighing in at 494.5 lbs. and finishing 11th place at the PNWGPG weigh-off at Carpinito Brothers.

We love seeing fun fall traditions like this happening right here in our neighborhood. And there’s more Halloween fun coming up! We’ll be handing out treats for Maple Leaf Trick or Treating soon.

Part of the Maple Leaf leadership team was in San Diego this week for AppFolio’s FUTURE conference, connecting with industry professionals and learning about the latest technology, trends, and best practices in property management.

Our industry is constantly evolving, and we’re always looking for ways to bring new ideas back to Maple Leaf and continue improving how we serve our owners and residents.

Thanks to Kit MacPherson, Morgan Rodin, and Briget Spear for representing Maple Leaf and bringing those new ideas home!

One of the best parts of industry events? Running into good people.

We were happy to reconnect with Dmitry Yusim of Book It Vacation Rentals and The Joseph Group, as well as Kyle Moore and Andrea Ramos Moore of MacPherson's Property Management, while in San Diego for the AppFolio conference.

We appreciate having great people in our industry who share our commitment to taking good care of owners and their properties.
