This first-ever WSCAI event involves tours of four of the most exclusive luxury high-rise condominium buildings in the area to fuel your real-estate fantasies, and ends with a mixer at the historic Kell's Pub in Post Alley! The event is FREE to WSCAI members. Registration opens up for business partner members next week.

Step inside Seattle’s most impressive condo communities with WSCAI’s exclusive Condo Crawl. Spend the afternoon touring four standout buildings, industry connections, and seeing how these communities operate behind the scenes.

You’ll explore in small groups led by a WSCAI guide, rotating through each property together. Before the event, you’ll receive your starting location and group details straight to your inbox.

This is a walking tour through downtown Seattle so comfortable shoes are a must. After the crawl, we’ll wrap up at Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub for an after‑party mixer featuring one complimentary drink and plenty of bites.

This week is Firm Administrator Whitney Schneider's last week with our law firm. We celebrated/mourned with a rooftop happy hour at the Next Level Lounge, a Brazilian-themed cocktail bar next door to our office. We will miss you, Whitney!

Peryea Silver Taylor—including attorneys Samantha Brown, Allison Peryea, Mary Reiten, and Lauren Olson—hosted an informal ladies' night for some of our community association industry friends last week to watch the Duck Dodge sailboat race from a rooftop in Eastlake, Seattle. We are looking forward to more hangouts with the amazing women in our industry!

Peryea Silver Taylor is excited to announced that Michelle Leary has joined our team as Firm Administrator. With more than 25 years of experience in organizational leadership, administration, and relationship building, Michelle brings a collaborative, people-first approach to supporting attorneys, clients, and colleagues. She spent 22 years as Executive Director of the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI), where she led operations, strategic initiatives, board governance, educational programs, and member services while building strong relationships throughout Washington’s community association industries. Most recently, she expanded her expertise in business development and client relations. Michelle is known for creating efficient systems, solving problems, and fostering positive, service-oriented workplaces. She is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to the firm and looks forward to supporting its continued success.

After 13 amazing years with our law firm, our firm administrator, Whitney Schneider, is leaving us for an amazing opportunity. She has been instrumental in making our law firm what it is today--she has been the glue that has kept us together and made us better. She will be deeply missed. But, fortunately, she will be right around the corner in downtown Seattle, leading another legal office to bigger and better things! We are happy to continue our friendship with Whitney with an appreciation for all that she has done for us.
