Stopped at the most beautiful pink café for coffee and breakfast. Quite literally called Pink Café in Miami Beach Florida. They have a full brunch menu, sweets, great coffee, and the cutest pink vibes everywhere. The mister even got a little cup to take while we walked around town. 💗☕️

Kid-free getaway to Miami and we had the best time. 🌴✨

We ended up going to Little Havana Street twice because the energy there is just that good. This night we ate at Españolita Miami Beach and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked up, the host had strong recruiting game… so inviting and welcoming that we couldn’t say no.

The ambiance was full of life, the music and atmosphere made the whole place feel like a celebration. The food was delicious and our server was so kind and generous.

Miami really is a vibe and we loved every minute of it. We might even bring the kids next time… maybe. 😉

Story Time, Dearest Readers

It is with great delight that this author reports a most successful match. The home is now officially sold, and my clients could not be more pleased.

After a most strategic negotiation, we secured the residence for $25,000 below the asking price, with the sellers still graciously contributing toward closing costs. Quite the victory, indeed.

My clients felt strongly that certain repairs should be addressed, yet preferred to oversee the work themselves to ensure the quality and standards they expect for their future home. A sensible and thoughtful plan for such a cherished investment.

Let us raise a glass to a most satisfying outcome. A successful bump of a contingent offer, a swift 21 day closing, and two very happy new homeowners.

And as fate would have it, the listing agent turned out to be a fellow Coug. One might say everything aligned quite nicely.
