Replacing your house air filters is no laughing matter. As we have been protecting ourselves from COVID over the past two years, why not also protect yourself in your own home. Having a dirty air filter can cause buildup of hazardous particles such as pet dander, mold, and pollen. In extreme cases this buildup can cause headaches, nausea, and irritated eyes. Ballard Market Update! In the month of September we saw median price take a dip to $817,500 from $847,500 which is good news for buyers! We also saw an increase in new listings by over 100 homes! Again, things are looking up for buyers going into the rest of the year. If you are on the fence about buying, now is the time to jump in! TIME IN the market is much better than trying to time the market!
