Join us next Monday, December 15, from 5:30-7:30pm to learn about recent policy changes impacting the Afghan, Somali and other immigrant communities, including pauses and restrictions related to asylum, refugee status, Temporary Protective Status (TPS), green cards and naturalization.

We will hold space for community reflection and strategies to counter hate and increased enforcement against the Afghan and the Somali communities in Seattle. Our speakers will talk about ways to navigate these policy changes, share best practices, resources and more. Virtual and in-person attendance available, and interpretation will be provided in Somali, Dari and Pashto.

Our Evening of Justice at Seattle’s Wing Luke Museum is next Thursday, and we hope to see you there! The event will be our last of the year, and with the upcoming election, we look forward to gathering with you to not only honor the invaluable contributions of the legal community to our mission, but to mobilize and prepare for this pivotal moment for the immigrant rights movement amidst the uncertainty to come.
