خیر؛ اما دو حکم مهم جدا گانه دو قاضی فدرال را را باید از هم تفکیک کنیم.
تعلیق ویزای مهاجرتی ۷۵ کشور لغو شده، اما پالیسی تراول بن برای شهروندان ۳۹ کشور از جمله ایران و افغانستان هنوز لغو نشده، فقط خانواده های کسانی که در امریکا پناهندگی گرفته اند می توانند برای فعلا درخواست ویزای خود را از طریق پروسه (I-730)دنبال کنند.

آیا حکم اخیر محکمه فدرال، محدودیت سفر به امریکا را برای شهروندان افغانستان، ایران، سومالیا و کشورهای دیگر لغو کرده است؟

تعلیق صدور ویزای مهاجرتی برای اتباع ۷۵ کشور لغو شده است، اما محدودیت‌های جداگانه(Travel Ban) تحت فرمان ریاست جمهوری PP 10998 هنوز پابرجاست.

همچنین برای افرادی که در امریکا asylum گرفته‌اند و در خواست I-730 همسر یا فرزندشان در خارج از امریکا تأیید شده، یک حکم جداگانه و بسیار مهم وجود دارد که فعلاً اجازه می‌دهد این پرونده‌های follow-to-join با وجود ممنوعیت سفر پیش بروند؛ البته دولت از دادگاه استیناف خواهان تجدید نظر حکم دادگاه ابتدای شده.

در این ویدیو توضیح می‌دهم چه چیزی تغییر کرده و چه چیزی تغییر نکرده است.
