This is not a rental, but if you bought it, you can rent it!

I've been in a relationship with this houseboat for 15 years. We listed it on July 4th 2011 when someone walked into my open house and bought it! Who says open houses don't sell houses?
In 2022, I listed it again for my client and it sold quickly in just 9 days for $220,000. The broker, Cindy Hull (no pun intended) represented the buyer and we kept in touch over the years. Cindy called me this spring and said it is time to list! So we got her all pretty just for you. Check her out!

⚓️ We received questions on the monthly moorage fee and what it covers. The moorage for a 45' boat, and liveaboard is $1,700 per month. Pump out is determined on a 40 gallon tank and how much you use the toilet. Gray water goes into the lake.

Grab a frose at and come on down!
