I've been in a relationship with this houseboat for 15 years. We listed it on July 4th 2011 when someone walked into my open house and bought it! Who says open houses don't sell houses?
In 2022, I listed it again for my client and it sold quickly in just 9 days for $220,000. The broker, Cindy Hull (no pun intended) represented the buyer and we kept in touch over the years.
