“Zillow định giá nhà tôi $700k.”
Nhưng Zillow không
nhìn thấy bên trong căn nhà.
Không biết:
·nhà đã remodel hay chưa
·mái, sàn, điện nước thế nào
·vị trí cụ thể trong khu ra sao
Vì vậy giá trên mạng đôi khi cao hoặc thấp hơn giá thật rất nhiều.

Many homeowners check Zillow or Redfin and assume:
“My house must be worth around $700k.”
But online estimates aren’t always accurate.
These platforms rely on algorithms using:
· Past sales data
· Square footage
· Number of rooms

They can’t see things like renovations, interior condition,
location within the neighborhood, or current market demand.

That’s why online estimates should only be used as a reference,
not the final price.
