I recently spent some time in Morro Bay, California. I ended up flying on the very edge of a jetty so I could legally launch my drone outside city and state park ordinance. Sometimes the rules (especially state and city regulations) can be a little frustrating, but following them have lead me to places I probably never would have explored, and kept me out of trouble. In this case, that meant an inspiring view, and a reminder that the extra effort is often worth it.
