It is also what led me to Coeur d’Alene, which I found after many long hours researching the Inland Northwest. Moving here was a new start, spurred by the high taxes and traffic congestion in my home state of California, which made me realize I needed a lifestyle change. In 2019 I was appointed Secretary of the Historic Preservation Commission and oversees historic preservation efforts in Coeur d’Alene. As a seventh-generation Californian who spent 44 years in the Rancho Santa Fe area near San Diego, I have a high level of comfort and experience with the marketing and sale of golf course homes, luxury estates, vacant land tracts, and equestrian properties. This allowed me to seamlessly transition my business here and I already have a team in place, ready to assist in every aspect of your transaction, whether you’re looking to sell your dream home, purchase a starter home, or investment property. My background in interior design has also been helpful, as it has allowed me to create visually engaging staging concepts for my sellers, resulting in short market times and high sale prices.
