Staging Your Home to Sell 🪑🪞🛏️

Most sellers think staging is just spending unnecessary money and there home looks just fine. Sometimes that is the case, and sometimes...It’s not. For instance, a vacant home with no furniture looks much smaller.

But I have seen it over and over again that staged homes sell faster and the majority sell for higher amounts which puts more money in your pocket.😎

Staged homes can sell up to 73% faster and often for 5 to 15 percent more.

It’s about creating a feeling of comfort and warmth the second a buyer walks in.

Most buyers can't imagine what the home will look like with their furniture, and with staging you are providing the visual and at the same time, you are helping sell your home.

When they can picture themselves living there, everything changes. They stay longer, get emotionally attached, and that’s when you start seeing stronger offers.

What is the cost?
It can range. My sellers have spent approximately $1500-$2000 a month but it can go upwards of $5k+ depending on the size of the home. Sounds like a lot, and is it worth it? Heck yes! As the above statistics prove it.
