"FIRST CLASS!! My wife and I originally had a "boiler plate" trust set up by another firm in Phoenix. Long story short we wanted to make some adjustments to it with a more qualified firm. Libby Banks was recommended to me by a fiduciary, and a tax accounting firm we are also working with. My wife and I were VERY impressed meeting with Libby directly. When choosing your trustees, always make sure you have a backup plan set up! If the person you chose becomes unavailable for any reason, then you might find yourself in probate court. Make sure all designations have backups!

Finding yourself and your family in probate court does not automatically mean that your family is "fighting" over the assets. An uncontested probate means that everyone typically agrees on where they were planned to go. A strong estate plan can make probate smoother or help avoid it altogether.
