Growing family law firm with an immediate opening for a full-time associate attorney. Position will be responsible for 20-30 active litigation files, so candidates must be able to manage caseload with minimal supervision. Additionally, candidates should possess:
Qualifications
• licensed to practice law in Arizona;
• no history of professional discipline in any jurisdiction;
• meticulous attention to detail;
• comfort with technology (we use several cloud software integrations to make practice easier and more efficient);
• professional appearance;
• outstanding legal writing ability;
• strong courtroom skills (you will go to court); and
• a desire to advance their career in family law (this position includes a partnership track);
• Spanish or second language proficiency a bonus
• family law experience preferred, but not required
Benefits
In return we offer above-market salary, ranging between $100,000 and $150,000, with unlimited incentives for performance and business development. Note that "performance" is not a euphemism for billable hours, we impose no billing quotas on our attorneys. We measure performance based on the outcomes obtained and client satisfaction.
