Just sold another gorgeous home in Troon ( Scottsdale) with stunning mountain views. Tamra & Byron fell in love with the Troon area and I hunted for the right house and showed them this house in just 2 hours after it was listed. I knew that it was underpriced and I wanted to get them an incredible home for a crazy good price. The best part of this story is that after we negotiated the sale price, an appraisal was done and confirmed that Tamara & Byron got this home for $275,000 less than the appraised value.

I was a hero in this transaction and so happy to use my negotiating skills to make this sale one worth talking about.
