Concerns surrounding data centers don’t tell the whole story. Court Rich, Rose Law Group co-founder and director of the energy & utility infrastructure department, weighs in on a recent AZ Central interview with ASU environmental historian Paul Hirt.

In a comment to Rose Law Group Reporter, Rich said: “It’s great to see energy industry thought leaders sifting through all the misinformation driven passion about data centers to conclude that the hype and fear-mongering doesn’t match the reality. Data centers are an absolutely necessary piece of technological infrastructure that can be developed in Arizona without using water for cooling and without impacting utility customer rates. At the same time, these projects pay so much in taxes that they can help the rest of us keep our taxes low.”

🧡 RLG GIVING BACK: Rose Law Group Government Affairs associate Destiny Ruiz and administrative assistant Emily Diaz recently volunteered with United Food Bank, helping pack more than 1,800 emergency food bags for Arizonans in need.

“I can’t wait to come back and do it again,” Ruiz posted on her LinkedIn page. “The work that United Food Bank does is absolutely critical to Arizona and I’m happy for the opportunity to work with them.”

Rose Law Group’s lobbying team is also working alongside United Food Bank on efforts to expand warehouse capacity and help distribute millions of additional pounds of food across Arizona.
