Look, I get it. Your mom, best friend, or co-worker just got their real estate license. You feel an obligation to help them out.

I'm not here to argue that agents aren't interchangeable.

Under Contract!

Yes, you can sell a house in the middle of summer in Scottsdale. There may be fewer lookers out there when the mercury in your thermometer is in anything but retrograde, but the ones out there looking in the scorching heat are for real.

Fewer, but more productive showings. Many who don't want to uproot their kids during the school year are eager to pull the trigger over the break. Those buyers are absolutely for real and in a time crunch.

Don't be scared to list in the summer, homie!
