My firm was recently afforded the privilege to represent a young girl who suffered significant injuries whereby the insurance companies involved simply ignored the law and the facts of the case. After considerable effort and numerous back and forth communications, a fair resolution was realized to reimburse the parents for their out-of-pocket expenses and allowed for an appropriate recovery for the client. Most importantly, the family was elated with the result. It is because of these moments, when the hard and creative work lead to happy clients, that a career can be so fulfilling.
