လက်ရှိ အလယ်အလတ်အိမ်ရောင်းဈေးက $445,000 ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ အိမ်တွေက ပျမ်းမျှ 87 ရက်ခန့် ဈေးကွက်ထဲမှာ ရှိနေပါတယ်။

လက်ရှိမှာ 4.3လစာလောက်အိမ်အရေအတွက် ရှိတဲ့အတွက် Buyer တွေအနေနဲ့ ရွေးချယ်စရာပိုများပြီး ဈေးနှုန်းနဲ့ Seller Concession တွေကို ညှိနှိုင်းဖို့ အခွင့်အရေးပိုရှိပါတယ်။
