Members story:
I am trying to pay off one of my finance accounts and this company is the most difficult I have ever dealt with. Their website sucks, they won't give you a payoff over the phone unless you request it online first (which I have done and have never received), my principal balance online says I only owe $14.09 but their records say I owe hundreds or even a couple thousand more than that. Typically I would lose my mind over stuff like this but instead, I just tapped that app and called LegalShield. They are writing a letter for me demanding all the original loan documentation from 15+ years ago (oh btw this account has been sold twice over the years and it is now with the 3rd company), my payoff amount, supporting accounting documents for my payoff and, if not satisfactory, that the account be marked PAID IN FULL! LegalShield just makes life so much easier and I just can't understand why anybody would go through this life, knowing we will all have similar issues, without LegalShield. It's only like 25 bucks a month! Anyways, Thanks LegalShield! :)

Notes from a happy member:...

I recently decided to start the process of learning about my biological background as laws when I was born prevented any information about a baby being place for adoption being delivered with the baby.
Although I was not born in Washington, I called my Washington state provider firm for advice before starting the process. An attorney provided me the information I needed to quickly find out to whom I would have to write to ask for my records.
I was very surprised to get the response there there is no record of my birth where I was told I was born.
Another call to the Washington firm resulted in another very helpful conversation with an attorney who said he would refer me to the Indiana provider firm as my adoptive parents lived there during the adoption process and my adoption was finalized there.
This morning I received a call from an attorney with the Indiana law firm (she had assisted me several times during my 10 years as a member there) and we had another informative conversation about what my options are now.
While I was speaking with her a message was left for me from the Washington firm telling me that the referral to the Indiana firm had been made and providing me with my file number at both firms and the numbers to use to reach the Indiana firm should I need to initiate a call.
I can't put a value on the assistance I received but I know it would have cost me a lot more than $24.95, and i have no idea how much time I would have had to devote to even finding attorneys who could help me.
