As Fire Prevention Week comes to a close, we’re leaving you with one more important tip. 🧑‍🚒

We hope you found this week’s tips helpful and will keep them in mind all year long. A little awareness can go a long way in helping keep our homes and communities safe.

📱 Feels hot? Stop using it. If a device or battery is unusually hot, swollen or damaged, it’s time to stop using it.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🎀

This month, we recognize the strength of those facing breast cancer, celebrate survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and stand with the families and friends who support them along the way.

Together, we can help raise awareness, encourage hope, and show our support for everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer. 💗

🏆 Recognition That Reflects Our Commitment - Awards are meaningful, but what matters most is what they represent.

Over the years, Tri City Rentals and many of our communities have been recognized for excellence in property management and resident satisfaction. While we're honored by these recognitions, we see them as a reflection of something even more important: our ongoing commitment to providing quality communities and a positive living experience.

Every day, our goal is to earn the trust of our residents through dependable service, well-maintained communities, and a team that genuinely cares.

Thank you to our residents for making these achievements possible.
