Your health is your greatest asset, and early detection saves lives. Take five minutes this month to perform a self-exam. And yes—this reminder is for EVERYONE.

Why Men Need to Check Too:

1. Men have breast tissue: Anyone with breast tissue can develop breast cancer.
2. Later diagnosis: Male breast cancer accounts for about 1% of all cases, but because men rarely check, it is often detected at a later, more dangerous stage.
3. What to look for: Any unusual lumps, dimpling, skin changes, or ni**le inversion.

Set a monthly calendar reminder, encourage your loved ones to do the same, and schedule your routine mammograms. Protecting your future starts with taking care of yourself today. 💗
