Remember the buzz around the California Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan back in 2023?
One of the final celebrations I want to highlight from 2025 is for the Escalante family, who were able to take advantage of this program when their name was finally called. We’ve been working together since 2017, yes eight years and this was truly a journey built on persistence and trust.
With a lending team that refused to give up, we stayed patient as we waited for the right opportunity. When the Escalantes were selected through the program’s lottery system, we went full steam ahead, focused on finding a home that checked every box for this well deserving family.

Another congratulations is in order for the Heller family on their new home they purchased October 2025!
This was a journey that required patience, determination, and more than a few pivots. We first connected back in 2022, simply talking through what it would take to make homeownership a reality. Over the next three years, their search stretched from University Park to Santa Clarita to Inglewood, the San Gabriel Valley, and beyond. Along the way, they welcomed their first child a reminder that life keeps moving even while goals are taking shape.
In the end, Culver City kept calling, and with the right strategy, we were able to land the condo they had been envisioning. I often say homeownership rarely happens overnight, and the Hellers are a great example of how commitment and patience pay off.
