🏡Sometimes in real estate, things don’t always go as planned the first time. This was one of those times. The first house we had under contract appraised too low and unfortunately the deal fell apart. Turn around and got a 14 day close on a new house that not only appraised at value, but we were able to get full closing costs paid for AND our buyers got their full earnest money check back!

⭐️Huge thank you to Maria and Guild Mortgage for working closely with our buyer and putting in the extra hours on this one!
