Edwin R. Byck is a Savannah native who has been with Weiner Shearouse since 1993. He has spent his legal career developing an expertise in representing and assisting small businesses. His father and grandfather owned small businesses in Savannah, and Mr. Byck has become one of the premier small business attorneys in Coastal Georgia.

As a small business lending expert, he represents and advises a vast majority of the lender in Coastal and South Georgia. In fact, Mr. Byck’s experience with both the SBA 7(a)and 504 loan programs qualifies him as one of very few SBA closing attorneys in Georgia outside of the Atlanta area. A member of the Georgia Lenders Quality Circle who has been listed in Georgia Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite,” he has distinguished himself as one of the most trusted business attorneys in Savannah.

Mr. Byck has held leadership positions in many of Savannah’s nonprofit organizations.
