The ladies are rocking it again!!!

Delta County Ms. LaCross got a dismissal of all charges for her client. This was a long hard fight!

She also was able to get a time served sentence for a client who had a recommendation of more jail!

Great job Harley!!!

Houghton County: Ms France obtained a significant reduction of restitution at sentencing. The request was for $15,000. Ms France was able to negotiate a restitution amount of $3,250!

Plus, Ms France got to enjoy some lake air along the way!

Due to the current staffing issues at Sault Ste Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Tribal Court, our insurance requires us to withdraw on all our cases.

This is not something our office is happy to do. However, we must adhere to our insurance policy requirements.
