Beachside Legal Services is seeking a skilled litigation paralegal to support and assist attorneys and to coordinate all the details before, during and after trial. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including discovery and Trial Preparation. The ideal candidate will have the following:
· Minimum of two years of litigation experience required, Bodily Injury Insurance defense preferred.
· Solid knowledge of state court procedures, including e-filing
· Must be attentive to deadlines, document control and case management
Additionally, the candidate must have excellent computer skills.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
